On Wednesday September 26th The Canadian Red Cross in partnership with Leo Hayes High School in Fredericton, New Brunswick, will be having a live twitter chat about the effects of bullying and strategies to help prevent it. Hosting this event will be Travis Price. Travis is the co- founder of Pink Shirt Day and has recently accepted a job term with the Red Cross. The event will take place at Leo Hayes School in Fredericton but youth will be able to take part throughout Atlantic Canada by simply using the twitter hash tag #redcrossbth and by following @CanRedCrossATL.
Details: Travis will respond to tweets on September 26th from 12:15-1:15 and 3:00-5:00 (Atlantic Time). Youth are encouraged to send both questions and ideas. It is an excellent way for Beyond the Hurt youth facilitators to meet each other on line.
